| Let us explain how a quality coroplast letter is acheived. A very important ingredient in coroplast letters is the ink that is used. Different inks can have excellent color, but fade quickly in the sun. Conversely, some inks last well but don't provide an eye-catching depth of color to viewers. At Davies Screen Printing, our product is carefully made using inks which provide bright, long-lasting letters. We have tried and tested many different inks, and we feel that our letters are among the best in the industry.
A second aspect of importance is ink coverage. Some screen printing businesses make their letters with only 1 coat of colored ink. While this saves costs and time, the letters will not reach the true full colour of the ink being used, and will last far less when exposed to sunlight or harsh weather. When we make a Davies letter, our colored ink is coated 2 and sometimes even 3 times! We make quality a top priority, so you end up with a great product. One other important aspect of quality is letter protection. All of our letters are coated with a special UV-blocking film which further prevents the ink from fading, resulting in a longer-lasting letter. This film is clear, so it still allows our richly-colored ink to show through without any unwanted tinge. |
